1\ First click on Start button > click on Run options

2\ Type here regedit.exe and press enter then you will find there regedit editor

3\ In regedit editor you will open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT folder, In this folder open the CLSID folder then open the {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} folder >ShellFolder folder at last

4\ Here simply change the data value from "40 01 00 20" to "70 01 00 20". After performing all above steps restart your computer then you will find option to rename Recycle name after right clicking on Recycle Bin Icon.

Now you can change new name as you wish.

Five Steps to Increase your Google Page Rank

Google Page rank is based on back links. 

Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website.

The more back links you have the higher your PR will be.

1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. In most forums you are allowed to have a signature and in your signature you can put a link to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website.

You will still get credit if it's not, but if it's related to your website than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once.

You will be advertising for your website (bringing in targeted traffic) You will also be building your websites presence.

Your websites presence is very important to your survival. The more people see, or hear about your website the more credibility you will have and this increases your chances of having these visitors come back and possibly become leads.

Important note: When looking for link partners don't just link with websites that have a page rank of 4 or higher. Link with anyone and everyone you get a chance to. If you link to someone that has a page rank of zero, this will not hurt your page rank.

It will only increase it because you are getting a link back to your website. Google doesn't look at your back links page ranks to determine what yours is going to be. It simply looks at how many back links you have.

So if Google one day decided to link to a website that was just created and this website has a page rank of 0 and has a domain that goes something like this: mywebsite.geocities.com it's page rank wouldn't increase even though Google's page rank is 10, it's rank would still be zero because it would only have that one back link.

How to Improve Page Rank

PageRank is one of more than 100 factors Google uses in the ranking of you website and your resulting position on their search engine.

You get PageRank (PR) by having backward links from other website pages that have a higher PR rating than your site page the link is to.

The PR of your site is updated about once of month when Google updates their database of web pages.

For example if you have a backward link from a site that has a PR of 5, some of that PR be will transfered from their website to your website page they linked to.

These links are called backlinks.Sites with high PageRank will get crawled by the search engine bots more often, and the crawls will be deeper.

While Google takes into consideration the PageRank of your site, high PR doesn't always equate to a higher Search Engine Results Position (SERP).

You can have high PR and have a low SERP on a certian keyword phrase, while some other site can have low PR but have a high SERP on the same keyword phrase.

In your pursue for a high PR keep in mind that numerous relevant keyword anchor texted backlinks will get you a higher SERP than just raw high PR and that with numerous relevant keyword anchor texted backlinks will come PR.

You aim shouldn't be just for high PR, but for proper backlinks that will bring with them a higher PR.

Page Rank Algorithm:

The following will give you an idea of how many inbound links and what PR those inbound links need to be, for you to obtain the desired PageRank for your pages. The following pagerank algorithm equation is the relationship between two pages A and B, with the below example page A receiving an inbound link from page B.

PR-A = (0.15) + (0.85 x PR-B / TOL-B)

PR-A is the PageRank of Page A, PR-B is the PageRank of Page B, and TOL-B is the Total Outbound Links of Page B.

For example if you get a inbound link from a page that has a PR of 6 and on that page there is a total of 6 outbound links (counting the one to your page), a PR of 1 will be added to your page: 0.15 + (0.85 x 6/6) = 1.

If that one inbound link adds a PR of 1 to your page, and you wanted a PR of 5 it would take 5 similar inbound links.

By similar I mean pages that have a PR/TOL ratio of 1.

That could be a PR of 5 with 5 outbound links, or a PR of 7 with 7 out bound links and so on. A PR/TOL ratio of 1 will add to your page a PR of 1.

Using the PR/TOL ratio simplifies the RageRank algorithm equation and makes it easier for you to evaulate what PR a inbound link will add to your page.

When you are looking for inbound links just divide the PR of the page by its outbound links and this will give you a general idea of the PR a inbound link from that page would give you.

  One of the most important components of public speaking is the sound of your voice. It influences the impact of your message, and might even make or break the success of your speech. Fortunately, for many people, good voice quality can be learned.

1. Breathe from your diaphragm -

Practice long and controlled exhales. When you speak, use breath to punctuate your point. For example, take a breath at the end of each phrase whether you need to or not. Use that opportunity to pause and let the listeners absorb what you say.

2. Use pitch - Lower pitches generally are more soothing to hear. However, modulating your pitch for emphasis will keep your listeners engaged. Develop your pitch by practicing humming.

3. Moderate your volume - Find out if you speak too loudly or too softly. When you begin speaking, ask your audience how your volume is (each situation is different). Try to stay at the appropriate volume throughout your speech.

4. Moderate your pace - This one is also closely related to breath. If you speak too quickly, people can't keep up. If you speak too slowly, people will lose interest. Record your speech to determine if you need to change your pace. Get feedback from others.

5. Articulate - Try exaggerating your lip movement to reduce mumbling. Practice articulating tongue twisters and extending and exaggerating vowel sounds. Become an expert at articulating tongue twisters as quickly and crisply as possible. Focus on the ones you find difficult.

6. Practice - Your speech in advance and determine where you want to pause for a breath. For more emphasis, pause for more than one breath. Mark your breathing points in your notes.

7. Loosen up - Before you begin. Look side to side. Roll your head in half-circles and roll your shoulders back. Shift your rib cage from side to side. Yawn. Stretch. Touch your toes while completely relaxing your upper body, then slowly stand up, one vertebra at a time, raising your head last. Repeat as needed.

8. Posture - Stand up straight and tall to allow full lung capacity and airflow.

9. Record - your voice repeatedly using different ways of speaking. Determine which one is most pleasing.

10. Practice breath control - Take a deep breath, and while you exhale, count to 10 (or recite the months or days of the week). Try gradually increasing your volume as you count, using your abdominal muscles—not your throat—for volume. Don't let your larynx tense up.

1. Click on "Start Menu" then "Control Panel".

2. Double-click on the "Network Connections" icon.

3. Under the "Network Tasks" panel, select Create a new connection to start the "New Connection Wizard".

4. Click Next to advance to the "Network Connection Type" window.

5. Choose "Connect to the Internet" and click Next.

6. In the "Getting Ready" window, choose "Set up my connection manually" and click Next.

7. In the "Internet Connection" window, choose "Connect using a dial-up modem" and click Next.

8. In the "Connection Name" window, type “PTCL” in the ISP Name field and click Next.

9. In the "Phone Number to Dial" window, type 13177777 in the Phone Number field and click Next.

10. In the "Internet Account Information" window, type in your PTCL username and password and click Next.

11. After finishing the "New Connection Wizard", check the Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop checkbox for easy access to the PTCL connection icon.

Step 1: Connecting to the Splitter, Power Connection & LAN cable.

1 Line hole connects to PTCL wire or Wall phone Jack (RJ-11 Jack).

2 Modem hole connects to the DSL jack of the ADSL CPE (Customer PremisesEquipment).

3 Phone hole connects to a telephone set.

4 Connect the Power Adapter to the AC power plug and attach the connector ofadapter to the CPE and switch it on.

5 Attach one end of LAN wire (RJ-45) to the LAN interface of CPE and the otherend to the LAN wire to the LAN interface of computer’s LAN card.

6 Link Indicator lights will lit up and show the connectivity. ADSL light will startblinking and soon will be static as a sign of connectivity with our system, if theline is properly jumpered in PTCL premises with the DSLAM (DigitalSubscriber Line Access Multiplexer). Joint less and direct cable line from thenearest PTCL pole or cabinet must be connecting to your splitter and then allthe phone extensions must be taken from the phone hole of splitter. The Dropwire distance from PTCL pole or Cabinet must not be ideally more than 50meters. (Twisted pair wire can be longer)

Step 2: ADSL Configuration in CPE and Computer

1. Go to Start Menu < Control Panel < Network and Internet Connections < NetworkConnections. Check that the Local Area Connection is enabled. Right click localArea network and click properties. Following window will be shown

2. Double click “internet protocol (TCP/IP)”, Check “Use the following IPaddress” and make the following settings:IP Address:192.168.1.3Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0Gateway:192.168.1.1Then, check “Use the following DNS server addresses” and makethe following settings:Preferred DNS Server:203.99.163.240Alternate DNS Server:203.135.0.170

3. Now open Internet Explorer and write “192.168.1.1” in address bar and pressenter. There must not be any proxy setting in the internet Explorer.A small pop up window will open as shown in the figure below and ask ”User Name”and “Password” for opening the CPE’s interface.Enter User Name: ZXDSL and Password: ZXDSL and press OK.Note: “Both username & password must be written in capital letters.

4. CPE configuration will be opened. This will show Modem Status. Click theConnection Setting.

5. Connection Settings show current active connection as shown in the figure. Clickcreate new connection service

6. In create new connection window. Select “PPP over Ethernet”

7. Enter VPI=0 and VCI=103 for Copper number & VPI=8 and VCI=81 for ONU FiberOptics number. Select Authentication protocol as “PAP” and enter username andPassword. Click “Create this new service” 

 8. Now Connection settings window will be opened and shows current activeconnections.

9. Click Advance settings and then on Security .Security Interface Configuration isshown. Click Add Interface.

10.Following figure will be shown. Click Apply.

11. Security Interface Configuration will be opened. Click Enable NAT to interface.

12. Click System Settings and then on DHCP Server. In DHCP Server Configuration,Click on Enable DHCPServer and Apply.

14.Click on ADSL. ADSL Configuration Window will be opened. Select Standard:G.DmtBisPlus and ActiveLine: Start. Click Startup.

15. Click Maintenance and then on save. In save configuration, click save.

16. Finally, save configuration will be completed showing the following window.  

17. Now restart the Router. Click on Restart 

18. Go again to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties and Select Obtain an IP addressautomatically and leave the DNS server addresses unchanged as shown in the picturebelow and press OkNow, open the Internet Explorer and start browsing the sites for successful configuration andDSL connection establishment.
